Hello, I'm Sue!


After two decades of personal yoga practice, I was inspired to deepen my commitment by earning my 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa certification. My goal is simple: to make the transformative benefits of yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their mobility.


My Speciality: Supportive & Accessible Yoga

My passion is working with students who find it challenging to easily get up and down from the floor. That's why I specialise in practices that use supportive props:


Chair Yoga: For a gentle, seated practice that focuses on breath, mobility, and core awareness. The chair acts as a supportive, grounding prop.


Standing Yoga: For building balance, stability, and strength, using the chair or a wall for support as needed.


I believe the powerful benefits of mindful movement should be available at any age and ability level. Join me to discover how uplifting and empowering your yoga practice can be, right where you are. I look forward to moving with you!
